Disposable with your Haggis?

With good reason.. I think there's a high chance that disposables will be banned (so you'll be happy)...

But how they enforce it will be interesting, as they can't even enforce the (already existing) ban on large disposables...
Kids will still get hold of them presumably.. kids will still vape.. the nicotine control nazis will be up in arms again.. and then what aspect of vaping will they ban next?

some kids will still vape but availability will plummet and the numbers will drop significantly. there will then be nothing of significance for them to be up in arms about.

the glasgow uni study in that zero waste scotland report are quite interesting, most disposables used by under 18s according to their research.

^^ So that's how you ruin a good steak. Maybe the Scottish government will ban all flavours except haggis.

If you like a steak with peppercorn sauce, the flavour isn't dissimilar.

I don't like haggis or disposables.

Could of sworn they'd been thinking about this already, but -
Scotland to consider ban on disposable vapes
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-66718599
Scottish Greens MSP Gillian Mackay said the move to explore a single-use vape ban will "protect generations of young smokers from untold harm to their health".
She said: "There will be a likely faux outcry from those in the tobacco industry and potentially even the UK government, which likes nothing better than to meddle in decisions taken by our Parliament, but this is too important for political games.
"Experts across the medical world and environmental campaigners agree there is an urgent and growing need for action."
Faux outcry from the tobacco industry?
There may be an outcry from them, but it won't be faux...
Only just now are they trying to get in to the disposables market (Veeba).. so yeah, they ain't gonna be happy in respect to a ban, especially being so late to the party...
It annoys me that these ignorant politicians assume that all vapes are owned by tobacco companies...

And how would a single-use vape ban "protect generations of young smokers from untold harm to their health"?

With any luck it'll have a cascade effect through the world.

There fixed it, unless of course she plans to follow the NHS and prescribe beginner kits.

i think it’s important not to conflate the incoherent ramblings of a scottish green party MSP and the perfectly rational decision to ban disposable vapes.

The vast majority of vapers that I know personally, got into vaping through disposables, but in those days they were called cigalikes
