Hi all,

Please can someone help me.

Last week I made a few bottles of liquid with concentrate from chefs flavours and separate PG, VG and nicotine bought from Darkstar.

Tried vaping the Grandma's Lemonade just now and it nearly blew my head off, way too strong on nicotine though the taste was nice.

I used the calculator on steam engine.

In the nicotine part of the calculator am I meant to put 7.2% or 72%? Pretty sure I put in 7.2%.

The nicotine I used is in the pic.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

if you had put in 72% instead of 7.2% in the calculator you mix would have been too week not too strong.

Sounds like you got something wrong.

Did you keep a record of the mix you made?

So you put 0.3 in that bit, if you put 3 then it would be 10 x your desired strength

Yep, sounds likely that you made yourself some 30mg juice

Happens to the best of us mate, lesson learned, eh? Best leave that juice well alone now!

If you put 10 times too much nic you should be able to work that out by redoing the sum the right way and the wrong way.
Then decide what you did.

If it has 10x the nic then you have to add 9x the pg vg and flavour you put in first time to make it roughly right.

I've already tipped it away, back on the shop bought stuff. Will do a batch tomorrow knowing I've got it right. Thanks for your help
