Dizzy with 3mg Custard Juice?

Been vaping for a while with 3mg juice on a subtank around 40 watts and recently got some Custard Juice from a well known and reputable supplier. When I vape it though it literally blows my mind. Dizziness etc...

Do you think it's possible that the 3mg label is wrong and I've been supplied with a stronger juice?

Anyone ever experienced anything similar?

Sounds possible to me.
If it was higher nic than you are used to I would expect a harsher throat hit along with the dizziness.

It's actually put me right off it for obvious reasons. I'm only taking maybe 1 or 2 blasts and I'm all over the place. Throat hit isn't harsher than normal. Very strange.
