yep saw it, starting to piss me off all this anti e-cig stuff. so they send a 17 year old lad in to test purchase e-cigs, the 17 year old must of been nearly six foot tall and could of passed for a twenty year old if you ask me. they show the e-cig boxes with 18+ markings on then moan about the lad been served? BUT it Ain't ilegal to sell to under 18's yet so where is the story? The sooner they make it law the better in my view but it ain't going to stop there is it with this negative toss coming out all the time. RANT OVER wheres me mod

Until it's a legal requirement or supermarket company policy then it's not gonna get flagged up at the till. I'd be more concerned with a pensioner blagging more than two packs of calpol.

Yep. .. it may say 18 or over on the pack... but there is no legal requirement so won't be programmed into the tills to ask for I.d. and as staff are looking for that in order to know whether to ask for I.d. they won't do so otherwise. .. pile of complete and utter nonsense...

Bring it into law and all supermarkets will update the tills and would then I.d. anyone looking under 25 as they now do for fags alcohol and knives. .. they ain't got time to look at packaging of stuff they rarely sell... no supermarket would ever get caught doing this again if the law was there ... maybe the odd small corner shop or garage or whatever but not a dedicated vape shop or supermarket. .

TV is just another propaganda tool. Sometimes it's obvious, sometimes it isn't. If you're going to watch TV, you're going to be exposed to propaganda constantly. No point in getting upset if you consent to expose yourself to it. That's just illogical.

I have to say young Carlo looks 18 to me! I've just stopped working in a supermarket and the till made a noise and asked me to confirm customers age. To most people this kid would look old enough.
