As we all (most at least) know the under 18 thing is a self imposed thing, by the e-cig industry. That not all follow.
And we all know that most start smoking at 15-16 (some earlier). So to be able to use a safer product, you need to be smoker for a couple of years first.
Those that would have us disappear, must be running on ideas. As most of their other rubbish has now been discredited, and proven wrong by proper research.
If they are that worried about youngsters and ecigs, then get on with the ban of sale to under 18's. But then we come round to those smokers that are under 18, again.
What gives even the e-cig industry, let alone the powers that be. The right to remove easy access to a product, marketed as a SAFER alternative to tobacco, from a smoker wishing to use a safer alternative, regardless of age. Not forgetting even ASH say, they are a gateway out of smoking tobacco, and not into.
