Having dealt with these guys and gals the most since venturing into my vaping experience, same thing, excellent service. My only qualm is that I've noticed since they have moved to their new location, orders are taking about 24 hours longer to process, dispatch, and get to you. It could be that they are just working out the kinks of a new building/new way of running things. But it still doesnt stop me from saying they are one of the best. You can't really go wrong with them!

I like these guys too. I have visited their new premises to collect a couple of orders - it is on the edge of town on the edge of one of the commercial / industrial areas. So the change in speed could be due to change of location and the postal /courier services. They were talking of a retail outlet and were in no way 10% set up. Very nice peeps too.

Haven't noticed a speed drop off myself. Ordered some things yesterday lunchtime and they came today..

I always had 24-48 hrs to delivery from the time I ordered before their move. After their move, if I order on a Monday, I don't see it til Thursday now at the earliest

if this offends any one tough i have some real issues with the back street out a suitcase mob

Having been to their site - it's a very, very, very large suitcase. Most people would call it a warehouse. The office space downstairs is spacious too and there's a special climate controlled juice storage room too.

So what was the problem?

was over a few items i bought from them ,yes i was prity harsh and i very rarely do the vendor bash bit as 99% of the guy and dolls who do it do it mostly for the love of vaping ,to cut a verrrryyy long story short i bought an item ( i was really new to vaping ,had only been vaping weeks at the time ),had a few issues with the gear i pointed out that there were zero instructions with the item and it being new to me i would have liked some clue as how to fill if i needed to clean and so forth , was told very clearly that i was a twat for not knowing how to vape correctly ,then to top it all off i was picked for a random customer survey ,lols i told them exactly what happened , they then came on and had a go as to my comments and again told porky pies as to answer times and the like but being a reasonably savey computer guy i had logged answers from and to them with date stamps and the like ,they were not amused that i keep records like that , i just lost all respect for them as a company , i really dont like to think i am a diff customer , the thing was it was over gear which cost under £15 but has cost them at least 30 customers that i have brought to vaping
