2 x 18650 in parallel with usb charging board in my old baccy tin, 510 from a broken ego.
Never used a soldering iron before so not the tidiest of joints and a bit scruffy looking, but vapes a damn site better than the ego that fell apart lol

They're fun to build, but a little tip with them, try and get some 14AWG R/C modelers cables. My box mods suffered horrendous voltage drops with most other types of wire.Used some 14AWG & the problem vanished.

Thanks for the tip, made this tin a few weeks ago and made 3 more since then, so the bug has well and truly bitten.

I have 2 baccy box mods and 2 Hammond box mods. The Hammond boxes are lipo powered and the baccy boxes are 18650's. Biggest issue is the 510's, they regularly cause a short during build testing

That one is a 2oz tin. The wife started nagging me to make her one, so i used her old 1oz tin with a single 18650

Was in Poundland 2 days later for some more epoxy resin and saw this tin,so tried my hand at a vv mod using a LM2596 dc-dc stepdown board and a digital volt meter.

Woah! That looks a bit technical for me. Is it hard to make?

I do love a good tin mod. Good work.

Sent from somewhere deep and dark in the mod making pit!
