First regulated build - quick question !

Hey guys , I built a mech squonker a few weeks back and now I'm loooking at my first regulated build . I'm going cheap and cheerful with the mm475 50watt board but I'm just wondering - in a parallel battery setup will the onboard charger still be usable ? I know most parallel mods I've bought in the past don't recommend charging via USB so I'm wondering if this board is the same ?

Parallel builds charge great through USB, series builds don't unless your want to add a balance charger
I used one of the micro USB 1amp chargers from modmaker in one of my unregulated boxes and after using it alone for a weeks charging the batteries were still in perfect balance and always cut off at 4.17v
