I got the same e-mail. I asked how they were sure it was in my (local country) as tracking still shows no update.

This was despite the GearBest rep on here asking if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I politely asked for a replacement, not had a response as yet.

Got the same email twice (2 different orders) and I although it must surely come soon I think it's simply a lie.

I was thinking that, sent to the wrong place or not sent at all, would explain the lack of tracking

Does anyone know how to get in contact with the rep on here? I want to request a refund. I think 5 weeks is not reasonable, regardless of whether its coming from china or not
