Giving TC another try

Hey all so when TC came out I jumped straight in bought a mod with TC control IPV4 I think, did my spaced ni200 build before finding out how bad nickel is but before I found this out I couldn't believe how shit of a vape using TC is. All I got was a cold tasteless shit vape and can honestly say I got a better vape back when I used a protank.
Anyway I now have a Vapour shark dna200 and a lot of people keep telling me how good TC is using SS wire so where do I start
Please help
Oh and I'll probably use one of 3 tanks I have Aromamizer rdta, Avocado or my new Serpent mini

Dual 3mm, 5/6 wrap spaced vertical coils using the 316 Clapton wire you enquired about will give you a nice vape in the RDTA. The resistance will be in the 0.4 ohm region which allows for fairly decent TC accuracy with SS, although nothing approaching what you'll get with NiFe30, NiFe48 or titanium. Nice vape though.

Do what @Mr Numpty says, but also remember if you put too much wick in then you will get a cold weak vape - TC needs lots of juice at the wick - almost to the point of flooding...

Thanks @Mr Numpty and @Tubbyenginerr for your advice, I'll order the clapton wire today and take from their. I do have a reel of 24 gauge SS316L so might give that a go while I'm waiting

Tubbyengineer's right - the three rules of TC are wicking, wicking and wicking. Took me a while to work that out, but getting it right makes all the difference.
