Hadaly coil build help

Hey guys,

So I received my hadaly clone for my wraith today and can't wait to get it up and going. I was hoping for a bit of help regarding the coils as I currently only have premade coils and doing a build on the hadaly would require a extra half wrap if you like. I don't have the jig (think that's what it's called) to do a tight half wrap, all I have is a basic geekvape tool kit which has 5x various screwdrivers. Has anyone got any advise or links to show me the best was to get the half wrap on nicely? Also would I see a slight increase or decrease in ohm once I have done this?

Hi @Cn1234 can you coil around the shaft of those screwdrivers? If so then the bigger of the 2 cross head screwdrivers should give you a 2.4mm inner diameter, it the bigger of the flat heads should give you 3mm id. I wrap my coils like this guy so it's kind of upside down
Listen to what he says about the way to wrap the coil so it sits nicely in the clamps. It will make sense when you see it [emoji4]

Ah just reread and you only have premade coils. You will prob find it easier to put one on one of the screwdrivers and undo it half a wrap

Sling a @smut in it and it will sing proper....He knows the dimensions and well worth it...

So I put in a 0.36ohm flat twisted kanthal coil and turned out at 0.41, bloody impressed with the old hadaly. Does this look ok to you guys? Tastes fantastic compared to the standard wraith so I must of done something right lol.

iv got one of smuts coils in my hadlay clone and the flavour is incredible the coil is worth every penny

Looking good buddy. The annoying thingwith those pre made is they are wrapped the wrong way for putting in the hadaly so they sit the right side of those clamps, but you've managed to get one in so all good [emoji6]
Give the @smut coils a go as they will be another level
