I went for 'as well as expected'.

This is not necessarily a good thing .................. ;)
 
It"s been a complete shitshow.

Even with them fiddling the figures we're about the worst in Europe for dealing with this. And Europe in general hasn't been great at dealing with this.

But apparently we should be wary of getting too excited about the awesome "success" of our government's handling of the situation and not be expecting the pubs to be open next week.

The abject failure of the media to call them out for this is depressing to say the least. Even the BBC is too busy with feelgood blitz spirit stories and speculation about when the ball kickers can kick balls again to bother pointing out what a complete fuck-up has been made of this.

I guess it could be worse.. We could be American.

Oh, wait after the inevitably "successful" Brexit we will be.

An utter shitshow. Everyone involved in the decision making should be ashamed and, more importantly, held to account.

The 99.9% who have to live with the fallout, though, have generally been bloody awesome.
