Personally I dont think there is any health benefits to vaping. And like someone has said I don't feel any better vaping only I dont smell of an ashtray and my wallet is bigger

I'm trying to quit vaping now
I would have to disagree @Badayuni . I'm my case, after 40 yrs of smoking, I was short of breath and weezing. My lungs were not operating quite as they should do.
I switched to vaping and have been cig free for 5.5.yrs.
I've been having lung function tests every year and the results in my case have been improving year after year. I no longer wheeze and no longer short of breath. Last time I did a lung function test my lung age is now currently at 36. I was 58 when I last had it done.

I was going to add that my hair has started to grow back, my willie has got bigger and I've now got a six pack but sadly that would be a lie:D:D

We have occupational health checks at work annually. After the first year of vaping, my lung deterioration had stopped. My last check, which was after vaping for two years showed a 5% increase in lung capacity and also a 5% increase in lung power(exhaling). Not much, but the tide has turned and hopefully the improvements will continue.
Oh, and I don't cough like an old coal miner anymore either [emoji16]

Good for you @Banjostring , hopefully it will continue to improve as it did in my case.

I've only been off the cigs for just over a month but I've noticed a lot of small things that have changed.....

My skin is cleaner and looks healthier - as much as it can do during the winter and for a 59 year old!
My hair feels softer
The tick in my eyelid that I had for about 6 months has disappeared
The hard skin on my feet has become softer
The odd wheezes I had when lying down have stopped
I never really had a cough which was surprising after 46 years of smoking. But I did have a little throat cough which I always thought was a copycat cough of a lifelong friend who has asthma and has the same cough. I've noticed now that I've stopped doing it so it must have been a genuine cough
I don't get a frog in my throat any more
My eyes are no longer prickly and I don't have tired eyes the whole time
The ends of my nails are white and the tobacco stain has gone from my fingers
I don't get hangovers anymore
I am learning to breath through my nose (something I haven't done for years) and can now do it without getting panicky that I'm not getting enough air. And my nose isn't constantly blocked up. I still don't have a sense of smell or taste but I get glimpses more frequently as the weeks have gone by

Some other things that make a real difference.....
Less washing - I can wear some clothes more than once and they still smell fresh
There's less dust in the house - where I've cleaned all the tar off surfaces the dust isn't sticking anymore
I've been redecorating my house for some years but now smile whilst I work because I know it'll stay looking fresh for longer
I invite people into the house because I'm not embarrassed about the smell anymore
I don't carry the smell of cigs around with me everywhere I go any more

The only negative thing that has happened so far is that my digestive system seems to be shell shocked and I have terrible wind and am no longer regular as clockwork in the mornings! ha ha, I won't bring the tone of the thread down with the details but it's been so bad at times that my dogs have left the room in disgust!

Oh and I've not smoked £400.00 of cigarettes since I started vaping which has paid for all my vaping experimenting and made the transition totally stress free, enjoyable and most importantly I am proud of myself for doing something I never, ever, thought I would achieve.
