What's new

Hello From BP Mods

I’m still on the fence with purchasing the sure rta. Any more thoughts
I’d say, yes get it. Simple to wick and giving great flavour, both in MTL and RDTL. I’ve found it can manage juice of very high VG, without any problems.
Ok so it’s a bottom fill. (being the first tank I’d ever seen with it) that left me scratching my head, I can tell you. I’m not keen on juice flow needing the top of the tank to be pushed down, to adjust it. Yet there’s no lock, used, when you open the tank to refill it. Or to access the build deck.

It takes its air in through the positive pin. So I’d avoid using it on an Abyss or any other mods that’s aren’t sealed, at the 510 connection. I’d doesn’t leak, but juice condensation still builds up.

speaking of leaking. As I’ve said, It doesn’t. Well not so far, anyway.
Like many MTL tanks, you have to remove the build, to change the airflow collets.it’s a pain. But, once done, you’re not likely to need to change it. So pro or con is an exercise in semantics.

I love the look, too.

all in all, apart from the Neeko. The best MTL tank, by some margin, I’ve ever tried or owned.

I'm really glad to see BP on here

The pioneer is probably my favourite tank of all time and the insider is equally good IMO. Respect.

Is BP Mods Bruce the same guy who did the famous video? I love that guy, but I think the video might have caused people a few wicking problems.

I must sound like a stuck record, but I'm so terribly weary of hearing about how hard this is to wick. It really isn't.

1. Stuff the coil tight with wick
2. Trim to the outer edge of deck
3. Tuck cotton into the ridged bit
4. Juice up and tamp down

Never a gurgle, never a leak. Reliable AF. This is the v1.

The only things I would change about this tank is the short threading when attaching the deck (can be fiddly) and the airflow ring (which I find hard to grip and adjust, but I don't really touch it so personally I don't find it a problem).

This guy?

I’m not going to lie when he came on a video call I nearly sh$T myself lol he is one big fella.

But what a cracking bloke to talk to. Very nice and down to earth.

And I was even more surprised when he told me how he personally makes the prototypes and tests them himself.

But wow lol

A bit of genius too if he actually designs and makes them himself. He's done some of the best stuff I've ever tried.

Note to self, don't talk shit about BP Mods.

In all seriousness though great to see their presence on here :)

I think that was the very first thing the brought out back in 2020. It would be a relic in the vaping world now I think.

I’ll ask the question
I have been using mine almost every day definitely one of my favorite BP tanks

Lad's a fucking unit :D

I do look out for the BP stuff since I've had the Pioneer. They do have the quality but not too expensive vibe about them.

I think so! "Push it to the middle. Make the cotton strong and focused, not weak cotton". I didn't realise he was the designer, but how can you not love that dude. Comes across genuine AF.

Wasn't a big fan of the precisio, too loose for me, but the pioneer has the best draw ever IMHO. I'd like to try the sure, wish it were more easily available in the UK.

Only just started on my 1.5 - wicking was more or less trouble free - just needed to make sure wicks were fully in the holes. Using it for RDL and so far so good, great flavour, nice and quiet, no gurgles, no leaks.
Just want to find out if the long tank will be coming out for the 1.5 ?
