Hi folks, newbie here from Wales, just joined the forum so popped in to say hello.
After being a heavy smoker for 40+ years and following a serious illness last year I thought it was time to try and quit, been vaping now for about 21/2 weeks and cut down the cigarettes to about 5 a day
so pretty pleased with the way it's going so far.
