Help choose wire

So having bought my new kit, and really loving it, I'm wondering if my dual Clapton Kanthal coils can be improved upon for flavour and keeping the clouds? I'm not cloud chasing at all, but I am enjoying that full vape!

My Kit is:
Coolfire IV TC100
Sigeli Moonshot tank

Having done some reading, I'm going to lean away from SS, and looking at possibly NI30, NI38 wire.

Is this the way to go? Will it improve my flavour and vape?

What guage wire, number of wraps and Ohms should I be aiming for?

No. Nickel wires aren't the way to go if you want lots of vapour. Stick with Kanthal or SS, and Claptons are probably the best way to go for what you're describing...

I personally would go for ni80, wraps depends on what resistance you want. For me, an 8 wrap dual fused Clapton using 26 gauge as the core and 34/35 gauge as the outer ohms at around 0.2

As @Tubbyengineer said, nickel isn't the way to go. I personally find nickel wires should be used by experienced builders that know their shit top to bottom about temp control

Recently bought some SS and the vape is amazing. Bests a kanthal clapton hands down.

Kanthal fused Clapton's or a kathal Clapton staged with a single wire! I only use fused Clapton's now as they rock

Stainless steel clapton 28/32
It's a great all rounder. Great taste. Decent clouds. Easy to get a higher and stable resistance.
Works equally well in TC and power modes.

I've been using this wire on @allen's recommendation, so as he isn't on at the moment I can tell you that it is this one here. Very good it is too.
