HELP HEADACHES

Hi im a 20+ day smoker and have recently decided to stop smoking for my health and started vaping but im gettin headaches feeling dizzy for the last few days, im only vaping 6mg 70vg/30vg heisenberg, is this normal i mean im onli 6 mg not as if im on 18/24 mg, currently using a smok x priv, i did take alot of dry hits on the new coil before i started vaping could i have nicotine poisining? Just would be really appreciative if any1 could help shed some light on the issue as is beginning to stress me out and i really want to stop smoking but feel will have to go bk to normal cigarrettes to satisfy my cravings HELP

welcome to the world of nicotine overdose. these are the side effects of too much nic. get a headache or nausia then just stop vaping for an hour. oh and its not poisoning so dont panic.

as your using a 220w mod im guessing your cloud chasing at some silly high wattage so there is your problem.
3mg is more suited to clouds and high wattage but there are plenty who use 6mg.

im on 3mg at 50-70w which gives plenty of flavour and cloud.

if you need higher nic like 9/12/18 then a mouth to lung tank at 10-15w would be more suited.

Try a 12mg nicotine eliquid..sounds like your getting nicotine overdose and or withdrawals..
See how you get on and vape like you are smoking ie 10-12 drags per session.
I would recommend a mtl coil set up like a 1.2 to 1.6ohm coil vaping at about 10-12 watts and a 50/50 liquid this will more replicate smoking a cigarette..unfortunately starting off vaping is a lot about experimenting to find what suits you.

Big cloud chuckers can make me feel a little dizzy too so I go for little cloud chuckers. So it could be that

It could be the nicotine, maybe a drop to 3mg instead of 6 would help

Or maybe you just need more water.

Take your pick and repeat until you figure out which it is

ahh not as high wattage as id thought then. weve had a few this year already running at 150w with a 60w coil or having the mod full on 220w

just a quicky first.
when did you stop smoking or are you having a crafty one or two as well.
the body will start detoxing all the shite out of your lungs and can take around 2 weeks and you can get the odd headache and more coughing, this will ease off.
the difference between cigs and vape is you will dehydrate a lot quicker vaping so you need to drink more.
40watts should be fine. 100%vg is no good for shop coils as its just too thick. this is much better for dripping or in a rta where you build your own coils. 70vg is all that i use in subtanks at 50-70watt.
my last 5 mods ive bought have all been vaporesso who make some good kit.
i can also highly recommend the freemax mesh pro tank which out of 47 tanks i own the best so far for flavour.
