Help me buy an ecig please

I'm at a loss, was all nice and clean, slowly checked I was doing everything right, made sure to add liquid to coil, put it together carefully to make sure it was all right, left it for 10-15 mins then slowly primed it starting from 10w making my way up, as I got to about 25w I could already smell the burning and when got to 30-35w I knew it hadn't worked.... could the tank be faulty? I'm seriously at a loss here

Dalm. It would be more likely a bad box of coils. One was fine and the other two naff.
Might be worth a chat with cloudstix support.

Just to double check everything could you post a picture of your screen just so we can check your in the right settings.

The first one was the one that came with it, none from the new box have worked but also the other one that came with it didn't work either (GT8?) so not sure..

Also when putting the coil in do you just screw it in until the bottom touches the metal bit inside the tank if that makes sense so basically till it stops screwing? just clutching at straws here i think

Thanks for the pic.
What I was thinking was it could of been in hard mode (soft normal hard) but yours is in soft on top right variable wattage soft.
I would now defo contact cloudstix support as that sounds like a totally naff box of coils.

Hi guys, a quick update, after contacting cloudstix.com and getting some support from a lovely guy called Darren, we finally managed to sort it out. The problem was the coils were having a banding issue and taking a bit of juice to get them to work which they now are doing. This is a slim chance of happening with some coils and I'm now happy to report that I am using my ecig properly again. Just want to say a massive thanks to Cloudstix.com and especially Darren for the help, there extremely quick replys and even responding on a saturday was a breath of fresh air from any customer support nowadays. Also of course a big thanks to you guys on this forum, your help has been extremely nice and appreciate it greatly.

not heard of banding before but i guess it just means not enough juice was primed to start with.
