Exactly what battery are you using? Which manufacturer and version? Does the mod only take 18650 or can it take a larger size as well? Are you using a battery adapter?

I could be on about totally the wrong bit of kit, but I seem to recall the capo has no boost function to up the output from the battery
If everything is tight, you are set to power mode and you have a decent battery in there then apart from playing with your wattage I am at a loss sorry
Best bet would be to try the tank on another mod and another tank on that mod if you can borrow one from a friend?

so i am new to vaping and brought a trio capo 100w , so my question is what are the best settings to maximise intake ?? . I watched u tube last night and the amount of smoke was huge , but for some reason my machine has never produced .. thank you for listening look forward to any feed back and or help

if so it takes a 20700 / 21700 battery and as asked, can you tell us the make of the battery and where you bought it as there are a lot of fake batteries out there.

youve confused me now. in you first post you said a trio capo 100w which shows as using 20700 or 21700 batteries so if yours takes a 18650 battery then can you post a link to where you got it.

by adaptor the other person mentioned is the plastic tube that goes in the battery bay so you can use a 18650 battery otherwise the battery will be very lose and move about.
