Just to add to the above, lowering the Nic will help with the headache and nausea, these are classic symptoms of over doing it and most of us have at some stage-it's not pleasant! As for other vendors, I think most would agree that although it is nice to have the luxuory of a proper shop, there are many vendors out there that are brilliant and will offer you all the help and support you'd get in a "real" shop. TW sell the same stuff as most other places but at highly inflated prices due to their own branding and names. Having said that, if it wasn't for TW menthol I'm not sure I would have made the change so easily.

Thanks for the welcome I ordered a new e-cig last night and some menthol liquid that is only 8mg and 50/50 PG/VG from Vape Junkie last night. tbh the main reason that I went to TW is because I am impatient, I'm not a big online shopper but you are very correct- seeing the price of the other places compared to TW... wow! I paid £35 for a mini tank kit- could have gotten the full tank kit from most other places for a similar price. Ah well, you live and learn eh

Wigan! youre just north of me, I am in St Helens, there are some other shops in the area aside from TW!

High VG ratio = less throat hit & more vapor
High nic level = more throat hit (and potential for nic headaches)

Taste is highly subjective. When I set my daughter up with a starter kit, I bought 4 or 5 small (10/15ml) bottles of different juices for her to try. Seems that menthol smokers have a harder time finding the 'right' juice than other. Just my observation tho'.

I had to start at 36mg/ml to break my cigarette habit. Was a pack a day Marlboro smoker.

thanks for the PG/VG breakdown- that will make it much easier in selecting some liquids to try. I think that the reason I don't like traditional cigarettes anymore is the tobacco throat hit you get- like I said my current menthol tobacco and menthol tip provides a really minty smoke with vey little hit.

Just out of interest, when you all transitioned to vaping did you do it like you were quitting? ie choose a day that you were going to just vape and stick to that or do it more slowly; like slowly reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke and replace it with vaping? Do you vape like you smoke? Like sit down and have 10 or so vapes as if you were having a cigarette then 10 more vapes a time later or do ou just have a few vapes as and when you want to?
