Been meaning to put a new build in the TM, and have a go at Aliens for months, but the Staggered Fused Clapton I've had in there has been so good I haven't wanted to rip it out.

To me its wrapped anti clockwise, when i need to an anticlockwise coil i almost HAVE to use my left hand - my right hand will do it but i have to get my tongue out, squint etc, proper have to concentrate lol. Thought maybe anti-clock might be a lefty thing lol.

I do normally wrap the other way with simple coils, but I like this way on the TM so the left leg doesn't choke the wick and it can drop straight into the deck. I was aiming to coil it this way but the natural way of wrapping made the leg come off the bottom of the coil on the left side. So i had to straighten it out and re-wrap.


Got any idea how to do one of these? I can do staggered fused easily, but this is hard. Especially fusing with 40g its invisible.

Using different sizes makes it a little easier, fusing with the 40 and staggering the 36. Lowest i've gone is 39 throughout and tbh it was a naff vape and a build i'd rather not go back too. Think the biggest challenge would be keepin the legs nice on the install. If installing like the piccie - the radius of the bend/width of the wire will make it a bugger to not fold/stretch the fused/gap the staggered on the outer bend

I did try 27/36/40, but the 40g is that fine, it was hard to see if it was sitting right between the spaces. I would've been installing in Twisted Messes, although I like the deck on the RDA pictured but I'm not sure what it is.

Will have to maybe try again but with something a bit thicker.
