A rather worrying side effect presented itself today...

We took the kids for a day out, and had lunch in burger king (other fast food outlets are available).

I nicked a chip, which had ketchup on.

I've never liked ketchup - except apparently now I do.

Welcome @pdg - great into by the way. Nice one for putting some effort in to it!

I smoked for about the same time as you and gave it up because of the cost. I didn't really want to give up and was a bit resentful. This was always the downfall in the past I suspect. This time - like you - I found it a breeze (bar day two and three) and that's entirely due to vaping. I like the taste of vaping, I like the replicated ' ritual' of having a toot at work, outside the pub etc and most of all I love the obsessive interest I have developed in vaping!

I gave up on 8 July and it's been great. We differ in one way however - have just build and wicked my first coil. And I still haven't got round to trying to make my own juice yet. You really have gone in at the deep end. Well done!

Still not craving the fags? I still partially have the smoker mindset - I'll finish up at a job and think "I'll have a smoke after I've loaded the car"...

Hopefully that'll pass - it's not a big thing by any means (no way enough to make me smoke again), just a niggly annoyance.

I haven't gone far into juice - mixed a fair few types (beauty of a dripper, can mix and match all sorts).

However, today's juice of experiment is 100% VG, unflavoured, mixed to 2mg/ml nic.

If I can run that most of the time it'll be ridiculously cheap
