Still not craving the fags? I still partially have the smoker mindset - I'll finish up at a job and think "I'll have a smoke after I've loaded the car"...

Hopefully that'll pass - it's not a big thing by any means (no way enough to make me smoke again), just a niggly annoyance.

No craving at all. I found day 2 and 3 hard and really missed ciggies. At that point I was on 6mg of nic MTL - I just upped it to 12mg and that reduced the craving. The only other time was when really drunk and my battery died. I solved that one by buying another mod the day after!!
