If somebody comes up with something better than squonking and rda`s I`ll give it a shot, I tried TC a while back but it wasn`t for me

i spend 60 odd quid on nic and it lasts about two years. apart from that i need to get some vg and pg in once in a while. so in total probably about 87p a week :)

aye, one of these wee coils lasts me months al have ye know. so essential purchases 87p a week, extravagances approx 20 squeaks a year :)

I don't really compare it to smoking any more. It's a hobby. It makes me happy getting new shiny things.

I only started to vape because of the health benefits (compared to fags). So then it just became a hobby to, and when its a hobby you don't really think about cost, as its something you enjoy in your past time (win win in my book).....

I started vaping back in 2017, with a Smok Alien. It was a piece of crap, the Baby Beast tank was great though, I still have it and use it with an RBA. I replaced that mod with a TeslaCigs WYE200, that I I got in 2018 and am still using.

When Covid hit I went back to fags, this gave me Cancer. The day they told me I had Cancer was the day I took up vaping again. I got a Smok Nord 4 pod kit and it was great TBH. After about a year I swapped it for a Nord 5 as the Nord 4 was getting tired. The Nord 5 wasn't a patch on the 4. So many duff coils. It was getting expensive, especially when the coils went up in price 3 times in as many months.

So I picked up my WYE200 again and went through my old tanks. Back in the day I was a cloud chaser and that didn't suit anymore, so I found a Smok Spirals with an RBA deck, that I bought for the wife and she never used. It is a bit of a twat to coil, being so tiny. But it doesn't leak and isn't too cloudy and is full of flavour. I have quite a few premade coils and enough cotton to last a decade.

I have got an Aspire Flexus Q pod kit for when I go out, the WYE200 is too big to be carrying around. But the Aspire coils last and they are quite cheap, the Wife and Daughter both have Flexus vapes so we buy the coils in bulk.

I guess I am spending around £20 a month on vaping, which is basically the cost of shortfills. I am considering starting to mix my own.

Taking parsimonious to the extreme, reminds me, there's nae pockets on a shroud...
