What's new

memzey's mixes

I have 6 x 10ml and 11 x 30ml glass dropper bottles if anyone wants to pay for the postage. They're just clutter at the moment.
I mix my own into 150ml or 500ml glass and only use ibottles plastic 30ml pencil type bottles for orders from friends. I buy those 300 at a time.

Nice offer @scrumpox , I'll jump on that if it's ok.

yeah, cherry is a right pain.

I tried for the longest time and kind of gave up, I do get hints of cherry in almond and marzipan (and some vanillas) but what I really want is a bright juicy cherry top note.
Agreed, can be very chemical, cherry is not a strong flavour so using too much is detrimental to many mixes.
I settled for Inawera Cherry, suspect that might be the top note you're after ... but use sparingly. ;)

I had one that almost worked but in a bakery rather than tasting like little cherry bits, it just tasted like you'd poured cherry juice over the whole thing, I'm looking for something that has some separation really, do you think INW might do that? .. I guess it might depend what you are putting it in.

It was probably going well until cherry was added to the mix, god do I ever detest cherry vapes.

There are no guarantees, Simon, I don't have your tongue in my mouth. :)

I'm going to try this for a start.... thoughts? hopefully have a similar vibe but without the fried greasy doughnut thing. ;)
