Modding a Tank, need advice

Please remember the sand the scratches out of the plastic before attaching it to the tank
Also well done love it mate
Thanks mate, depending on the adhesive, I might leave the window rough for better grip![emoji6]

The SS was a bugger to cut, which is why the window is slightly on the "wonk"! The more I tried to straighten it, the bigger it got!

Thanks for all of the replies, general consensus is either epoxy or silicone.

This is now a dilemma as I feel that silicone will probably be safer, but epoxy will glue better![emoji848][emoji15]

I have used silicone in marine fish tanks, so I know that it is pretty safe.

Anyone used epoxy in a "food" environment?

I'm just going to throw this in, if you have any glass blowers in your area, why not take your tank along and ask them to make you a glass insert...?
It would save any reactions with glue/epoxy/silicone/ejuice, etc.
These guys are pretty good at doing that sort of thing fairly cheaply.
