More bans

The headline is misleading for a start unless Northamptonshire has become an independant republic. Pubs should be adult environments on the whole so this 'negative influence on young people' is twaddle. Why is it alright for little Johnny to go and watch adults get slowly pissed but not to see them Vaping?

I don't think bubblegum flavor beer is available in pubs, so no gateway. And little Johnny will be more than happy at the bar with his crisps and coke, while mum and dad are outside.

This seems to be the way it's going. A reversal from my childhood sat outside with coke and crisps! Ironic too on the flavour issue that so many alcopops come in yoof enticing flavours. Even beers come in cherry, peach etc

I notice they managed to tack in all the usual bullshit "they're not regulated" "we recommend medically approved nhs stop smoking aids" "negative influence on youngsters"

Did linda macavan write this complete and total shit or has a press release been sent out to save journalists *spits on floor* doing any sort of investigation or actually writing their own fucking story for a change?

As for the legal high product.....its a new one on me, but I bet thr hypocritical pricks have a smoking shelter with heaters etc because they couldn't possibly risk a loss in trade from incensed customers.

Essentially what their saying is "We're quite happy for people to self administer death as it lets us feel morally superior, but how fucking dare they find a healthy more attractive alternative. Now pass me my coffee whilst I sneer at them" " oh, and as for your healthy alternative, you can piss off back into the smoking shelter where your fellow smokers can kill you I you won't do it yourself".

Time for our own strap line - anti vaping = pro lung cancer.

Bastards!

Bastards!

The paper in question has been pointed in Louise Ross's direction. As she is head of a "NHS stop smoking service" who knows her stuff.
I also pointed them in the direction of their own photo's taken at the BBC vapemeet, by their own photographer. In respect to the "casual image" bit.

They're over stepping the mark a touch on the medical classification. ...
