need help with vv and vw settings

hi as im quite new to vaping and new to this site im hoping someone can give me some advice. Ive just recieved my new innokin itaste vv and vw got new iclear30 and juice already to vape but been as all my other mods have had no vv or vw im wondering whats a safe vv and vw for my iclear30 i know there is probably not 1 just right answer but if anyone can tell me whats the safe settings without burning out my new tank or affecting other things (always learnt its better to ask and look a noob than try be clever and look a fool lol
thankyou in advance for any help and advice and will let you know how it goes when i get some feedback on settings

p.s the juice im using is 50/50 vanilla custard if thats relevant im not sure

Start low work up to what you feel is good, the iclear30 comes with the itaste I believe...so don't think you will blow the coil even at max watts.
(as long as its a stock coil) worst thing is you'll get burned juice flavour if you overdo it.
