New to diy

Don't know if this is the right place or not but here goes. I'm looking to buy a diy kit and start making my own juices, I've researched on YouTube ect so I do get the idea and have already downloaded calculator ect.
The question I have is I'm aiming to produce high VG say 70% and up. I wanting to make a lemon custard flavour and would really appreciate advise on where to get the best, both lemon and custard flavour concentrates from with also a bench mark on what percentages to use. I understand everyone's tastes are different but with not making eliquids before I thought some help could go along way.

I got my 1st dit kit from vapor shack. Funnily enough i also got a vanilla and custard concentrate with it (you get 3)

I used 13% custard to 2% lemon and tastes ok. Might go 15-18% custard and stick to 2% lemin next time though

Thanks for reply. Did you use any sweeteners and what PG/VG ratio did you use? With spending out on kit I want to make something to vape on daily base then gives me time to play around with other flavours ect

No i didn't use any sweetners and i did 70/30 vg/pg

Hi, I just made a Lemon Cookie using FA Lemon Sicily, it's a really lovely lemon flavour and sweet (so you shouldn't need to add sweetner), I think it would go lovely in a custard (I am going to try a lemon cheesecake with it). I only used 2% lemon sicily and that was enough for a really nice flavour.
