New to vape help - overwhelmed!

I would say the Zenith/ Kroma edges it for me but Jacvapour is excellent also. If customer service is important to you Jacvapour wins hands down.

Ok so after much deliberating and googling I’ve settled on the Kroma with zenith kit. And just as I was about to buy....I see they also have a newer of the same kit but with plexus z coils....

Now is it worth getting these or no point and just stick with the older standard one. I don’t want to feel like I’m missing out and want to give quilting the cigs a real chance!

I would go with the Kroma/Zenith as that's a tried and trusted set up. For juice, if you have a vape shop nearby that will let you taste samples (many do) it would save you a lot of time and effort in buying juices that you might not like. Or start somewhere like onepoundeliquid where you can try a range of flavours cheaply - some are better than others but they're not half bad for the price and will at least give you some idea of what type of flavours you might enjoy. If all is good, I would suggest investing in another battery ASAP. It’s really frustrating if it runs out and you haven’t got a spare - then ending up buying more evil weed.....bakky I mean.

UPDATE: So I have bought the kroma and zenith kit - which came with 3 bottles of OMG juice - I didnt know what stregth to buy so I got the 12mg. Now...after opening the box, I primed the coil (as YouTube told me to do so by dripping some juice on the side holes and top of coil) and added the juice into the tank. I ran it at 9w to start with, and on my first few tokes of it, the vape wasn't very pleasent. It was quite harsh on the throat and heavy. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Or have I burnt the coil? Or just simply bought 12mg which is too high for me?

I am planning on going in to a shop tomorrow for advise too but would love to hear your thoughts. Really want this to work.

Ps...I havent used it since as working now until early evening.

they are the same apart from the newer ones include the new coil (as well as the older type) AFAIK the new colours have the new coil, you can buy the coils separate anyway so just get whichever you want. The same coils can be used in both though, it just means you'll get to try the plexus without having to buy a packet, you might prefer the original coils, so worth trying both.

Which coil are you using? I’ve gotten through 10 plexus z coils in both my zenith tanks, 4 were duds straight out the pack and the others randomly gave burnt hits throughout their short lives. Stick with the 0.8 or 1.6’s, the zeniths a great starter tank but for me the plexus z coil just isn’t fit for purpose

Congrats on the new arrival. I promised my wife i would give up when our first arrived but somehow never did. 9 years later finally managed to move to vaping and both she and I are very happy. I will say that when I first started I was getting the 12mg juice and was experiencing some of what you mentioned, harshness particularly. I switched to 6mg and whether it was that or it had just been enough time for me to get used to the vaping experience, that was what stuck. Been enjoying vaping for 6 months now and no fags.
