Newbie saying Hey.

Hey, very new to vaping. Have been gifted an Innokin Proton with Plex Tank. I am an ex smoker, and will only be vaping with 0%nicotine. I am planning on trying CBD soon for medical reasons, but wanted to see if I can get on with Vaping first. I am quite technically minded, so am looking forward to trying different mods/tanks etc in the future.

The decision to go to 0% nicotine immediately is an interesting one. Most of us here gave up ciggies and used juice with high nicotine (12mg-20mg range) to help wean us of the fags. We then worked down from there.

I presume you want the ‘habit’ of smoking but thrink you can cold turkey the nic? I’ll be interested to see how you get on Jon but remember if you find you need nicotine do it as vaping is safer and cheaper than the stinkies.

Thanks man. When I said I am an ex smoker, I mean I haven't smoked for quite a long time, hence the reason to be 0%nicotine. The reason I have chosen vaping is I don't like the idea of other ways to take CPD, and vaping is an option I'd like to consider.

Welcome mate..vaping is a good way to use CBD as you can ultimately control as much or as little you want...there is a CBD area here that may be worth a flick through..
