The hardest part for me was finding the right strength of liquid(35yrs of 100+ grams per week of Golden Virginia,no filter)I tried various flavours but avoided tobacco flavours as the couple I tried were revolting before opting for fruit flavours mainly.I now can get through upwards of 10-15 ml per day but regardless of how much liquid I use,they are way better healthwise than ciggys.If I find something to do to occupy my brain enough,I hardly used to smoke & also now,rarely vape thus I drop usage of liquids to under 5 ml.I was initially intending to lower my smoking using vaping but once I'd got the nicotine level sorted out,I smoked my tobacco until I'd none left,& next morning started vaping and haven't touched a ciggy since.Nobody will criticize you if you need to smoke along with your vaping,but you should find that vaping will reduce your smoking and even if it takes you years to finally switch completely or you continue smoking+vaping(lots here do)forever,you are at least prepared to try to kick the cigarettes.
