They needed to fix the refill hole which is blocked by the chimney - have they? It's uncertain from the pics. That was the number one problem with the v4 as far as I'm concerned.

Raising the airhole will fix some flooding issues, make it more forgiving if you get the wicking wrong, but they've inserted non-metal pieces into the airholes, directly under the coils - I'm guessing they're nylon - would they melt or deform? If they do that'd ruin the atty and give a feckin nasty vape! Maybe they're removable and optional but the specs don't mention them.

Like the 2-piece chimney, conical to improve flavour perhaps, but it's also added one more point of failure too.
You get a drip tip with v4, now you don't. You get a solid metal tank section (plain?) plus a full PC version, and it's much more money, though still a cheap atty.

Wait and see time, I would buy one if I can get a syringe needle past the chimney for refilling ... and if those nylon raised airhole pieces are removable.

I'm hoping those plastic looking thingys are delrin at least, whilst not perfect the melting point is about 170c.

I have the idea of just getting those plastic bits cloned in steel anyway, got myself a vernier caliper now so shouldn't be too hard to get something fashioned.

Filling probably hasn't been addressed but i didn't really find it a problem before, then again i'm pretty patient

I don't really need this atty but will probably buy it anyway out of curiosity.

I saw a post here about a claimed v5 ... which looked exactly like a v3.5 ... maybe they jumped to v6 because of this errant model being advertised?
