yeah, a few weeks ago... like I said first time I've seen one afaik none of my friends or relatives have them either.

maybe... they didn't give me an appointment for my next jab either, I presumed I'd just get a text like last time.

Excluding someone from social activities because they don't own a smartphone won't hold up in court. I'd bet my house on it. Our social freedoms are protected. Excluding someone who has been vaccinated because they don't own a phone simply won't wash. Sorry.

going in a pub isn’t a social freedom, it’s at the discretion of the pub. if they said you can’t come in because you are a catholic, for example, it would be unlawful discrimination. but if they said people without smart phones can’t come in, that wouldn’t be unlawful.
