Hi guys,
OK so this isn't a question, but I thought this was the place to say it.
I have always been wary of rebuilding coils, as it seemed fiddly and time consuming and I was sure I wouldn't be able to do it. But I have the Kanger pro tank 2 and thought you know what, I'm never happy 100% with the stock coils so I will stop moaning and give it a go.
Well I DID IT. It worked so well, I used 32G Kanthal and silica wick. It came out at 1.8, I was aiming between 1.8 - 2.3. I wanted it to be over 2.0 really, but I'm happy. (Any more tips on how to help me get over 2 are welcome)
Its vaping amazingly, no flooding and the taste is awesome. Now I'm not sure if it tastes so good because it is tinged with the flavour of victory, who knows.
But I really came here to say if you are a bit put off like me, just go for it. I dont know if I can ever help someone but If you have any questions as a fellow first timer I can try and help
