Reply from Labour MEP

I've replied to the Labour MEP regarding the disproportionate regulation and the inevitable impact on availability and innovation (not to mention the impracticality of policing most of the component parts of e-cigs and their contents). I have concluded with a direct request that they oppose the regulation as a medicinal product. Had a standard "she'll consider your comments" reply from the PA.

Indeed that is one saving grace they will probably just go round and round with it

if they can find a way to tax it, they will. it will be a convenient way to tax us when they are no longer getting revenue from tobacco products that we are giving up. mark my words they will get it one way or the other.
