RETURN OF THE CLONE WARS (?)

To be perfectly honest, the majority of the Manufacturers I have personally spoken with cite the take over by The Pod Systems as the most damaging aspect of their slowing businesses. NOT just The Disposable Systems, but Pods in general. The feeling is mainly that.........
"The disposables will vanish for environmental reasons, but again the vaping market is moving towards more compact and mass produced devices . Hobby DIY stuff tends to show reduced popularity after 15 good years of vaping". This comment has been repeated by several with whom I spoke. :(

We'd all agree that the Vaping World is very cyclical and this has always been the case, several years ago the 18350 Tube Market came back with a vengeance. The Squonk Market ebbs and flows and I would expect to see a resurgence during 2024.
The AIO market has become extremely buoyant as we all know, but I expect to see a "calming" at some point?
I just hope that some of the smaller independent Manufacturers will still be around by the time fashions change. :51:

I think that's quite different since liquids are consumables. If you buy the real liquid you won't still have it in a few months like you do owning an authentic tank/mod.

Unlike hardware I don't see how you can clone a juice as you've no idea what the recipe is.

I see both of you avoided answering the question

There are plenty of clone recipe sites. which Im sure you are very well aware of;) also Vampire Vape Heisnberg must be the most cloned despite no one knowing the recipe

Well you sureness is misplaced as I'm not. You can call a juice the same name but if you don't know the recipe that's all it is.

It doesn't matter what part of the industry you single out, the person who designed/invented any item, be it Hardware or Liquid, will be and IS affected by Cloning. It is how that person then moves on that matters more?

Thank fk for that Rob..... I was starting to think that there are some thick cunts in here:D

I mean did it really need a direct "yes" answer? It was a question where yes is the only answer. Obviously if someone 100% cloned their liquids and sold them for £3 and everyone knew they were identical then manabush would lose money. How can anyone argue no to that?

My argument was that it's an apples to oranges comparison. Owning authentic tanks/mods isn't the same as owning authentic e-liquids.

Glad you got there in the end:)
