hi. This is starting to get silly now. Ive been lucky in the shop i got my original ego ce4 has replaced it, but i cant go on like this!

My budget is prob £30 quid tops, but i want something that WILL last me.

Could you be darlings and drop me some links please - ive had a rough day and cant be faffing.

I cant use it much week days, but chain vape evenings / weekends.

Please dont say FT coz i cant wait!

Youve got a 12 month repair replace or refund on that, unless you broke it. Know your Consumer Rights ;)

Linky please :)

Ok. Quick update. Ive had a nose in the market and the above appear to be ego's? I may just be unlucku, but im not sure i want to spend that kinda money and be in the same situation again.

I will be taking my other one back for another swap in the morning, manager was out, just want something reliable, dependable. I cant really increase my budget that much coz i have my course fees to pay tomorrow. But i also need to have something in the post tomorroe.

Any help is greatfully received and welcomed with wide arms :D

(think panic mode is setting in)

Pepper, are you sure it's not that the centre pin on the egos is getting squashed down? That can happen if you overtighten and it's easy enough to prise it up again with a wee screwdriver like the ones you use on spectacles.

Citrus I have lifted it now, but it is still 'not working'.
1. If i hold the button, after putting the atom back on, it flashed like mad at me - I know, I should be impressed :D but then wont cook my juice, if i hold it, just flashes.
2. Ive shook the juice out the top of where ive lifted, and now i have a minty face, who knew it tasted so nice
3. Ive tried another atom on it, but still same thing happens
4. I've put atom on my spare ego (copy?) and that is working ok
5. Ive unscrewed the bottom of the attom a little - dont ask me why, i thought it was worth a try, but it still flashes

However, if no atom is on the battery pack it behaves, so it does point to over tightening

I have also tried all of the above again, still very minty yummmmy and tried popping the atom on at various stages, testing it, tightening little more, testing etc but it still flashes at me.

I thought it was a flat battery at work, after waiting ages for the lift to get outside then had to trek back up to my desk to get my other one and drop this one on charge. My workmate tried his atom on it, and it was flashing at him

I am concerned that I am doing something wrong, so far I have spent £10.00 on this one that ive already swapped for a replacement (that one died on me), £15.00 on another one that ive lost (eak) and £5.00 on my emergency / back up one - its supposed to be saving me money.

Am I at risk of 'toasting' another, more expensive one if I cannot be trusted with an entry level one!?!

Is there anything that is safe for me to have and not potentially break :30:

I will increase my budget if need be, but it has to be 'girly' not 'oversized' and 'Pepper proof' :D

(sorry, thought it was easier to load up the lappy to put more detailed response)

If it's flashing (assuming it's the same as mine), it means it's low on charge. Try charging it again now that you've lifted the pin a little? Is the light on the charger going red when you screw it in?

Citrus its green, so charged
I did try another experiment
plonked the atom on without twisting and the battery light stayed blue, no flashing, but also no uuuuumph to vape :D
