Get an EVOD starter kit from myepack about £30 delivered great service if you order now it will be there Saturday. Had mine 10 weeks or so no problems with it at all

Seedy antwilk Ive had a look at the photos, specially the battery / connection part - seems better than my ego - BUT is it still possible to overtighten and destroy them?

You can over screw and destroy anything. Be kind and gentle and you should be alright.

The EVOD kit is a great kit mate I would recommend getting some spare 1.8 ohm heads too. I have no issues with mine use them all day everyday I have dropped them down concrete stairs off scaffolding and it still works fine lol.

If the battery flashes, it's saying charge me. If the charger is green it's saying your already charged. So it could be either of them that is not telling the truth.
If you can put the battery onto a different charger, that will then tell you which one is not telling the truth.
The chargers do break as well as the batteries.
And yes you where unlucky I think. I've been using the same pair of ego 1100man batteries for 4 months now, and they get hammered day in day out.
Having said that they'll probably croak on me now.

Good point - I had to replace my ego charger after a few weeks because it became unreliable. Charging has been much easier since then (with my first one I had to fiddle the battery into EXACTLY the right position to get the light to go red).

Hi all.ive tried a diff charger and still the same. Took it back to the shop. Huge argument. No further forward with the dead one, will know more in a week or so.

Myepack are quick at delivering! My goodness. It looks like a pepper proof kit to me - sleek, sexy, shinney, im WOW at the moment, doing the girlie thing of reading the instructions, still toooo excited to be trusted to take one out, its taking me ages to type this as i keep doing typo's
