Pepper, I am not sure where you had your originals from but generally I find most eGo batteries are lasting well in excess of expectation. I gave out an old demo battery last week that is 8 months old and I reckon it will keep going for some time yet. Usually for me the main issue is people screwing them on too tightly and forcing the connector back either into the ego battery, the charger or both on occasion.
If your battery itself is flashing it would indicate that it is defective, however in selling quite a few of my own units I have only ever had two that did this so most decent eGo kits should last (when charged properly, used correctly etc)
Hi ya 1st one was user error breakage, 2nd one just stopped working, 3rd one seems better but im not using it anymore coz of upgrading. They are delicate shall we say
