Hi Folks,
Treated myself to a 100ml of my favourite custard concentrate a few weeks ago and used it to mix up 500ml of juice "for later".
100ml was great, the other 400ml was just about tasteless garbage!
I forgot to give the concentrate a damned good shake before use!
Managed to recover the lost juice by getting more concentrate and mixing up at higher than normal and blending with the naff stuff, so all's well that ends well.
It was the first time that I had used a 100ml bottle of concentrate and I just didn't think!
When I use concentrates in 10ml bottles, I bung it all in, so shaking is irrelevant, not so with 100ml bottles.
