I pressed the "other" button.
Time to do it was the biggest factor, but I`m retired now, and my first ever DIY mix is another 4 days of steeping away from being ready to vape.

Shop one as mixing own juices take time
I would love to have time to make my own

I voted "Other" because I want to DIY, but I just haven't started yet. Mostly because I'm between jobs & it's take a decent amount of $ to get started. But hopefully I'll be getting a job offer today, in fact, so that will change shortly...I hope. :)

Hi mate,
It should not cost a hell of a lot of money to get started with DIY.
VG and PG are cheap, nicotine, and concentrates will be the most expensive things, but at least in the US you can still buy 72mg nic so you won't need much of that.
Flavour concentrates you can start with just a few.
I note that you love custards, they will need to steep for 4 to 6 weeks to let the flavour develop.
Main thing to decide is whether you want to mix by weight using scales, or by volume using syringes etc.
So rather than hold off because of money, just hold off long enough to research things a bit.
But remember the sooner you start mixing, the sooner you will save even more cash.
Any advice just ask on here, there is a wealth of experience to draw on, and there is a mixology section on here.

I used to piss around trying to make the next best juice. I've just thrown out over £200 quids worth of concentrates I used to use!

I buy the Boss Shots concentrates and add VG and PG to my order as and when and don't bother with strict DIY any more. The Boss Shots that I have found I like are now my only juices I buy.

Pure simplicity. And that's what I like! :2thumbsup:

I buy bottle shots from companies I like and used too plus the odd occasional new one that gets raved about and I can't help trying so I tend to stick with what I know and like. I am not about to change all that. It has worked for me with a good supply of vg and pg and I have some 600 mls of 72mg nic to keep me going for a whole before I have to get nic shots. I do get the occasional pre mix and shortfills.
