Should vaping be banned in public spaces ?

What does one mean by public places?
Indoors? Or outdoors aswell?
Obviously its just obserd to ban outdoor use, but as for indoors?
Hmm...
Should be down to the owners (of the building) discretion.
BUT..
I vape (no shit) and i personally wouldnt wanna go into a coffee shop if its been fogged up to shit. Regardless of how clean/safer it is.
And i wouldnt do it either...its my habit, and it would be unfair to start blowing my habit into other peoples faces. Just like i wouldnt want a smoker, or a vaper for that matter,
To start blowing 'shit' into my face.

Hi mate, how are you ?

Well indoors, for example pubs, I think it should be down to the landlord.
There are a few bars near me that are okay with it, as long as you dont make "clouds" and piss off other customers.

I always ask first, and do not get irate if they say no.
The thing that gets me at times though is the sometimes insane reason given, a couple of examples below.

Witherspoons, "we don't allow that, as it encourages smoking" my reply was, so you don't think selling cheap booze encourages alcoholics then.............

A local pub (greene king) on one side of the market square, "not my rule, its against greene king's policy"
my reply, thats strange they let you in the *** ***, another greene king pub on the opposite side of the square................

I could go on with more, but I won't bore you.

Outdoors, now thats a different matter.
The one that pisses me the most is railway station platforms, in the fresh air.
Signs all over the place saying "it is illegal to smoke here" well i'm sorry, it's not illegal, just against your petty rules !

Okay, rant over.

Regards badboybez

I think it’s illegal.

I think it's inevitable. Standing outside a hospital with my brother last week, my vapour was much more visible than the smoke from his cigarette. I was vaping at 15w, not chucking huge clouds, yet it was still more visible. We have the TPD shite now: we should know that the world doesn't deal in facts anymore, it's all about perception.

Railway platforms are somebody's workplace so it is illegal

Hmm...so my argument there is...so if iv got a a plumber round fixing a broken pipe, am i not allowed to vape anywhere in my own house because its his workplace now?
Might be his workplace, he cant vape/smoke there...but its not my workplace.

Or more relative to the argument of vaping outside....a gardener doing some work in my garden, can i not vape outside in my garden?
