Single 18650 mod for mtl

I haven't got something for 3 years (except liquid and some coils ), and I am looking for a small single cell for MTL. My trusted armour pro is losing the screen strength, and the other small 2 cell mod is too much for 12w vaping.

Any suggestions as to what is out there that is good and you have tested. I looked at the vaporesso target 100 but it seems the build quality is bad, paint going off in few months and other issues. I keep looking at BB's but I would not want to get into that hole of "100 type of boros/rba's", buttons and covers .. and everything seems to leak one way or another. Did not have a BB in service without some juice inside .

18650 preferred but not set in stone as all have adapters

Thinking about it, the Ehpro Cold Steel 100 does 21700 and the Jac Vapor Series B is 18650.
