On about 2ml a day of 12mg. Used to smoke about 10 marly lights a day before so quite happy with that.

Used to get pretty bad headaches but they seem to have gone much like seedy

About 4ml of 18/24mg if it's a workday. + 2ml if I am off. + another 2-4ml if it's a good juice on a (just)sub-ohm or dual coil.

I do about 1.5ml a day, although once or twice I've gone through 2-3ml depending in my tank.

also does the base mix(vg pg) make a difference?
because the juice seemed to last longer when i was vaping 50-50 but i could of been taking fewer puffs ???????

I recon i vape around 5 ml a day, but i can't say i've ever really paid much attention, i always keep my bottle with me (in case of a leak or breakage so i can repair while out and about) so i just top up as needed.
