I'm on about 4-5ml and I use anything from 12-18mg. I think I made myself a bit ill last week by vaping *continually* on 18mg though, so I'm cutting down a bit.

going from 1-2 mls to 10 ml propably means that you cut too fast. I am in a process of cutting (at stable 3 mg/ml now) and I ound reasonable steps are 24 -18 - 12 - 6 - 3 with about 3 or more weeks for each step.

Don't rush it dude, you might start entertaining ideas about fags
