Some Retailers are simply scam merchants.

I was introduced to a certain site to order liquids and pods from for my new Vprime.
I thought everything was legit a my first small order took about 1 week to arrive but it did arrive.
I thought great I will use this guy as a supplier.
So I placed an decent order for 30 10ml bottles of liquid on 22nd Nov 24
Not suspecting anything I then ordered 5 boxes of replacement pods a couple of days later.
Their processing policy says upto 2 days processing then posted.
So to cut a story short I spent my money and placed the orders.
I have been onto them asking when I should expect them to be delivered by Email. FB messenger and also on their Facebook group.
I am been ignored. !
Tried to phone and the phone is not an operative number.
I have had other people from the group contacting me telling me about their stories what are similar to my own.
I am absolutely gutted !
The Money I cant really afford to loose and I have not got my items either.
The bank said give them 30 days to respond and honestly this sounds unfair on me as now I know they have my money and run.
Never again. Honest I should know at my age what's not right.
Just they had liquids on for 50p a 10ml bottle and seemed tempting.
Rant over.

No Problem I was not sure of this site rules with regards to naming retailers.

I have another 3 people contacting me in exactly the same boat.
Thats 5 others that seen my cry for help on their group and also been ignored.
No reply to any means of contact. Not even a feeble explanation.
I thought I deserved that at the least.
Such a shame people go about their business like this.

Seems lo be a legit physical store, so it might work out in the end. I'd keep chasing them if I were you.

In all honesty I just phoned them and a nice guy answered straight away, He explained that they have sold a lot of the pods and are hoping to have a new supply in on Monday. And if they cannot fulfill any order they will happily refund. As I explained, it would be good to notify customers of that.

The seller contacted me today with a full explanation and promised to have my orders out to me this week.
Seems like its all sorted.
