Sorry, a ftech question

Sorry for the millionth ftech post, but i'm a little stuck.
My stuff has been doing well from order to post. Tracking was good up until "dispatched to destination country".
My parcel was sent airmail, so by my calculation it either at the airport or in transit, or still flying in the sky 4 days later lol.
Tracking no longer gives any details so like I said, it was in flight 4 days ago.
None of the tracker sites recognise the number, so does anyone know what I'm waiting for now?
Does it stay at customs for a week or so?

mines been there since the 6th/7th. Don't hold yr breath yet.

Then again in teh past Ive had stuff get here within 12 days. there seems to be a number of backlogs just now, it may be a while yet ......
