I'm not sure about the Sqounk pin for the Tsunami fitting anything else - although as long as you don't force it theres no harm in trying it to see if it will fit...
It's more a case of if the Tsunamis pin will physically fit in the Doge or Hastur, if it fits in the as long as it doesn't sit too flush with the outside threads of the 510 (It needs to protrude slightly below the 510's outer threads) then IT will work with the squeeze. You can easily test it on a standard mod once you do fit it - After all it's just a centre pin with a hole through it...
