Still no delivery from myepack!

Just a rant more than anything, I ordered my stuff on New Year's Eve and paid for next day delivery, I understand it was a bank holiday yesterday but now my posty and has been and gone this morning and it's not here. I also ordered juice from another supplier at the same time and that has arrived and that's free delivery! So far no one is answering the phone and no reply to email. Anyone else have issues with myepack? I also have a tracking number that just says info not available.

If you have a tracking number then it's likely Royal Mail's fault. I've lost count of the amount of next day specials have been delivered late (one being 3 FECKING DAYS!) and their track & trace is a farce, their internal system is what it should be like, but it's not and gives bugger all information or even isn't updated!

That said, something that must people don't even think about is that "Next Day Special By ____" is simply the name of the service from royal mail, NOT from the vendor

What time did you order them on NYE? If it was after their deadline for getting post to the Post Office, or after the PO's deadline for getting Special Delivery items processed then the next day would've been NYD so they would've been closed, meaning the next available day for them to be processed is today.

I ordered it at 8.45am so they had all day to process it on the 31st. It's guaranteed next day delivery I paid for and I knew it wouldn't turn up yesterday being a bank holiday, but I expect it to turn up on time when I've paid £7 for that service. I even got the email from myepack saying it was dispatched on the 31st. So it's more than likely Royal Mail, I'm just annoyed as I've been waiting a month to order this (damn kids wanting Xmas pressies etc) lol.

My money would be on Royal Snail being behind the game.
Never had an issue with myepack, I`d be willing to bet they put it into the post promptly, after that it`s a crapshoot as to whether RM get it to you on time tbh.
My order on NYE is still not trackable on their "Track and Farce" system.
I went Standard Delivery though...

Worth an email to ash, see what he says...I`m sure he`ll be picking up his mail soon. I got a response at 10.30 on NYE!

Ooo if possible can you let me know when yours turns up? And I'll let you know the same. I'm just holding out it comes by courier but don't want to be stuck in all day waiting. Saying that the other order I had the tracking number was perfect and updated properly.

Royal Mail was running at Saturday hours on New Years Eve, so not a working day imo. We had to have a 7am order cut off to get everything there. The last mail truck was leaving just after midday down here so the same nationwide I expect.

I wonder if it's possible to chase Royal Mail up? Plus I would like my money back if I'm not getting the service I paid for on postage. I know I'm sounding like a moany b1tch but me and the hubby always wait till after Xmas to buy each other gifts and we save up for it as we aren't exactly flush, plus lack of contact from myepack is quite annoying too, just so I can double check all the info is correct.
